300 pieces per style. Colours and sizes can be mixed inside one style to fill the quantity, so a test order can still cover several variants of the same design.
Yes. A physical sample is produced after you approve the specification, normally within 15 days. Sample charges depend on the style, the materials and the work involved, and are confirmed in the quotation. Samples can be shipped by express courier on your account, and a courier account number is the fastest route.
Payment terms are agreed per order and written into the quotation before production starts. Send us the company details you want the invoice raised to and we will show the terms in the first reply.
The certification list on the About Us page is the place to start. Certificate numbers and validity dates are still being confirmed and are marked pending there, and we supply the current documents on request. Testing for the standard required by your destination market can be arranged per order.
Yes — a test order at the standard minimum of 300 pieces per style is the usual way to start, and a sampled prototype is the usual step before that. If a style needs new tooling, say so in the brief so the cost and timing can be separated from the order itself.
