OEM and ODM service
Your design, our factory floor.
From a sketch, a reference photo or a sample in your hand to a sealed container — pattern making, sampling, bulk production, inspection and shipping all run inside one factory, so nothing is handed to a trading intermediary.
How an order runs
Five steps, in this order.
This is a real sequence, so it is numbered. Each step has one owner on our side and one thing we need from you.
Design confirmation
You send artwork or a reference. We return a specification sheet with dimensions, fabric, filling and decoration before anything is cut.
Sampling
A physical sample is produced and shipped to you, normally within 15 days of an approved specification.
Bulk production
Approved sample becomes the reference for cutting, sewing, stuffing and assembly on the production floor.
Quality check
Size, stitching, stuffing, labelling and packaging are checked against the approved sample before packing.
Shipping
Cartons are consolidated, marked and handed to the forwarder, with documents issued for your customs clearance.
Customisation range
What you can change.
Select a tag to see how that dimension usually works. Anything not listed here can still be discussed — send it with your brief and we will tell you straight whether the floor can run it.

Sample lead time
15 days from an approved specification, covering pattern making, cutting, sewing and a physical sample shipped to you.
Sample cost
Sample charges depend on the style, the materials and whether a new pattern is needed. They are confirmed in the quotation.
Minimum order
300 pieces per style, with colours and sizes mixable to fill the quantity. Custom development starts from the same minimum.
Project brief
Tell us about your project.
The more you send with the brief, the more precise the first quotation. If you only have a sketch, send that — it is enough to start a conversation about what the floor can do.
