This category is for buyers who already hold their own brand or an IP license and need a factory that can build it. Nothing on this page belongs to us to sell — your design, your license and your brand stay with you, and the quotation is written on the basis that you hold the rights to what we manufacture. We do not develop a program on your behalf without that license, and we do not present a licensed character as our own.
Work starts from your documentation. A tech pack, sketches or reference artwork is enough to open a quotation and a development sample, and where something in the pack is missing we say so in the quotation instead of guessing. From there the sequence is fixed: specification sheet agreed, sample approved, then bulk production against the approved sample — MOQ 300 pieces per style with colours and sizes mixable to fill a band, sampling in 15 days, quotation within 24 hours.
Design files, tech packs and artwork are handled under a non-disclosure agreement, signed on request before anything is opened. What happens to those files at the end of a program is agreed in writing rather than assumed, and your program is not added to our catalogue or offered to another buyer.

The gate here is confidentiality, not style. Nothing is opened, quoted or sampled until the NDA is in place.
NDA on request
We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before your design files, tech pack or artwork are shared. Your own template is used where you have one, and the signed NDA is the first document held against the program — everything after it is built on the terms in that document rather than on an assumption.

You share your design and license documents
Tech pack, sketches or reference artwork, plus the license covering the rights you want manufactured. A rough sketch is a workable start.

NDA signed
Signed before the files are opened, using your template where you supply one. The program runs on those terms from that point.

Quotation and sampling
Specification sheet first, then a sample to it. Quotation within 24 hours, sampling in 15 days, and anything missing is named in writing.

What buyers ask before the first program runs.
Yes — NDA available on request, signed before your design files, tech pack or artwork are shared with us. We work from your own template where you have one, and the signed agreement is the first document held against the program. If your legal team wants a different confidentiality period or a return-of-materials clause, put it in the template and we will work from it rather than issue ours over the top.
Yes. If the tech pack carries dimensions, materials, colour references, decoration and packaging, we quote against it and produce a sample to it. Where something is missing we name it in the quotation instead of choosing for you — the specification sheet we agree is the document the sample and the bulk run are both measured against. A sketch rather than a finished pack is still workable for a development sample.
The standard minimum is 300 pieces per style, and colours and sizes can be mixed to fill a band. A program that needs its own pattern, mould or tooling can carry a different minimum, because the setup is specific to your design — that number is confirmed in the quotation against what your program actually needs, not against a list price. For a first run, a test order is usually the practical way to validate the sample before committing the full volume.
Design files, tech packs and patterns are kept for the life of the program so that a reorder matches the approved sample. What happens at the end — returned to you, archived by us, or destroyed on request — is confirmed in writing before production starts, and the confirmation sits with the program file. Your program is not added to our catalogue and is not offered to another buyer; the confidentiality terms in the NDA are what governs that, and we can add your own wording to them.
