Roly Bear

Overview

Roly Bear is the round-belly bear shape our design team has taken the furthest: a soft body, short limbs and a face that stays legible at the smallest size. It is aimed at gift shops, character programmes and promotional buyers who want a recognisable bear silhouette without carrying the licensing exposure of an existing character. The same body is cut at 20, 30 and 40 cm, and colourways can be mixed inside one order to reach the 300-piece minimum.

Certification & compliance

General safety testing (EN 71 / ASTM F963) can be arranged for your destination market on request, and the report for the units we produce is supplied with the order. A designer plush programme normally does not need a certification programme of its own — what matters is that the test is run against the finished toy rather than a similar one.

Packaging & shipping

Each bear is packed in a poly bag, 24 pieces per export carton, and carton dimensions are confirmed per size so the loading plan matches the container you book. Shipping marks can be printed on the carton to your requirement. Carton and container quantities are stated in the quotation once the colour split is agreed.

Ordering

The sample charge depends on the style, the materials and whether a new pattern is needed. The amount and what it covers are stated in the quotation before you approve sampling.
